One day Jim and I found a gutted colonial, built circa 1810, and became ecstatic - our first home! We could see the beautiful hardwood floors and fireplaces beyond the falling down plaster, demolished kitchen and no bathroom. We cranked up the floors with lolly-columns, turned the once delivery room into our living room and made it happen. The American dream of home ownership.

Residential: Before I became a Realtor, 1st time Buyers approached me, most with credit issues, and I helped them find financing, a good Realtor or a home “for sale by owner”. I also became interested in the design and workmanship of fine home building, bought some land and selected Premier Home Builders to Build on it.

Commercial: I began my career helping small business owners organize themselves financially to achieve their dreams of store ownership or expanding current operations, while earning a BBA in Finance. I became the Controller for an International Designer before leaving to pursue  my passion. I enjoy land and commercial development, reviewing financials and negotiating commercial leases, including negotiating to include up-fit and start-up costs.
